Return Window Our policy allows for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • “Unused condition” is defined as: No physical interaction with the product beyond careful unpacking and visual inspection.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Items that have been installed, mounted (e.g., tires on rims), or ridden are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following are final sale and cannot be returned for “change of mind”:

  • Custom wheels and rims: Any item built to order or customized to your specifications.

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Gift cards.

Refunds & Transaction Fees If you choose to return an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), your refund will be the purchase price minus non-recoverable transaction fees.

Why do we do this? When you place an order, payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or credit card issuers) charge a transaction fee (typically 5% – 8%). These processors do not refund this fee to us when we issue a refund to you.

Restocking Fee Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item requires significant inspection, repackaging, or cleaning to return to inventory. This will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item valued over $50, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defects & Exchanges We stand by the quality of our engineering. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue.

Process

  1. Contact Us: Do not send items back without prior approval. Email [email protected] to initiate a return.

  2. Ship: We will provide you with the correct return address based on your location.

  3. Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Refund: If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, less shipping and transaction fees, within 7-10 business days.
