1290g +/- 30g for the pair, calculated from its parts: two 470 TCD SL rims of about 395g, hubs of 75 g front and 181 g rear, and 48 Pillar PSR 1420 spokes.

Shimano HG, SRAM XDR or Campagnolo N3W freehub bodies. The rotors mount on Center Lock, and the hubs are 100mm wide at the front and 142mm at the rear, for 12mm thru axles.

Yes. They ship with tubeless tape and valves. The 22.5mm internal width suits 25mm to 35mm tubeless tires.

Both use the same 470 TCD SL rim. The 470 S runs Pillar PSR 1420 steel spokes, 24 front and rear, on ratchet hubs with sealed steel bearings, for 1290g. The 470 C SL saves 70g with 20 / 24 carbon aero blade spokes and S&S ceramic bearings, for 1220g.

This is the disc brake 470 S, on the 470 TCD SL rim with Center Lock rotor mounts and thru axles. The rim brake 470 S is its own listing, on the 470 TCC rim made for rim brakes.

It is a matter of taste. Gloss and matte are bare carbon without a clear coat and weigh the same; the 25k surface shows a woven pattern and adds 25 g per rim. All three cost the same.
