The Venn 500 TCD UL redefines what is possible for an aerodynamic road rim. By combining a deep 50mm profile with a featherweight 345g (+/- 15g) chassis, we have created a rim that slices through the wind on the flats yet accelerates and climbs like a specialized mountain wheel.

Moulded for a flawless wall

Articulated, multi-part tooling, layup preformed to net shape and controlled pressure and temperature give a fully compacted wall, virtually free of voids, and a surface that needs no clear coat.

Aero Profile & Handling

The 50mm depth offers significant aerodynamic drag reduction, while the 32mm external width creates a stable, convex airfoil shape that remains predictable in crosswinds.

With a 25mm internal width, the rim is optimized for modern 28mm+ road tires. This wider rim increases tire volume for lower rolling resistance and better vibration damping, while ensuring the tire sidewall is well supported for better handling performance.
