The Venn Var 67 TCD 67mm disc brake bike carbon wheels are derived from our AI development program. They presents a good compromise between weight and aerodynamics.

Achieve class leading aerodynamics and versatility with the 67mm profile carbon wheels that work very well with tires between 25mm and 28mm wide. The Venn Var 67 TCD aerodynamics and handling were optimized for open world riding where sudden wind gusts, passing traffic and uneven terrain present challenges to remaining on the drops, or extensions.

Our filament winding process lays up the carbon fiber towpreg accurately, in an automated, computer controlled process.

The use of preimpregnated carbon fiber tape allows us to use the latest resins that offer the optimal blend of toughness and impact resistance. The Venn Var 67 TCD carbon wheels can therefore be used in challenging conditions and environments.

The Venn Var 67 TCD carbon wheels are compatible with clincher, or tubeless tires that when used with a sealant virtually eliminate the inconvenience of having a flat tire away from home, or during a race.

The wheels are built using our Venn Rea db hubs with IS-6 bolt rotor mount that are both very lightweight at 380g per set and durable since they are rated for MTB use.
