Weighing an astonishing 998g, these wheels feature a 50mm depth and a modern 25mm internal width optimized for wider contemporary road tires. Finished in a raw, stealthy matte finish without a clear coat and laced with carbon aero blade spokes, the 500 C UL delivers maximum speed, instant power transfer, and uncompromising control.

The Filament Winding Advantage

Achieving a sub-350g weight on a 50mm rim is impossible with standard manual layups without sacrificing stiffness. We achieve it through our proprietary automated 1k filament winding process.

By using carbon tape containing exactly 1,000 fibers (T800 and T1100 grade), we can place material with microscopic precision. This automated process ensures higher compaction and zero voids. The result is a rim structure that is naturally perfectly balanced and structurally superior to hand-laid carbon, requiring no paint or filler to hide imperfections.

Aero Profile & Handling

The 50mm depth offers significant aerodynamic drag reduction, while the 32mm external width creates a stable, convex airfoil shape that remains predictable in crosswinds.

With a 25mm internal width, the rim is optimized for modern 28mm+ road tires. This wider bed increases tire volume for lower rolling resistance and better vibration damping, while ensuring the tire sidewall is well supported for better handling performance.

Laced with 20 carbon aero blade spokes in the front and 24 in the rear, this wheelset offers an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio. Carbon fiber’s near-zero elongation under load ensures that every watt of your power translates directly to forward motion, while the bladed profile slices through the air with minimal drag.

Tubeless Ready

The rims are compatible with both traditional clincher and modern tubeless tires. When used with a sealant, a tubeless setup can virtually eliminate the inconvenience of flat tires, whether you’re racing or just out for a ride.
