Venn 2432 THL DH 27.5″: the downhill rim in 27.5″
The Venn 2432 THL DH 27.5″ is the 2432 THL DH profile for 27.5-inch wheels – for mullet rear wheels, smaller riders and bikes built around 27.5″. It weighs 400g (±15g).
Profile
24mm deep, 32mm internal and 40mm external, a good match for 2.4–2.6″ tires. Available with 24, 28 or 32 spoke holes.
Ultra-precise 1k filament winding
The outer shell is wound with our 1k process: every carbon tape carries exactly 1,000 fibres, so each fibre goes precisely where it is needed. Think of it like building with LEGO® – smaller bricks make a more detailed, more precise structure. The narrow tape also lets gas escape more easily during curing, which gives a uniform, well-compacted laminate and a smooth, uncoated Class-A surface.
Hookless and tubeless
The hookless bead seat holds tubeless tires firmly and shrugs off rim strikes better than a hooked edge. Use tubeless tires approved for hookless rims and stay within the hookless pressure limit of 5 bar (72.5 psi).
Tool access holes or a sealed bed
Order the rim with tool access holes (fit tubeless tape) or without them for a true tubeless bed that needs no tape at all. The sealed version takes external nipples only.
Your finish, your decals
Choose gloss uncoated or matte uncoated – both show the wound carbon, with no paint or clear coat added. Decals come in black, or leave them off for a clean, unbranded rim.
